RESOLUTIOE OF IETENTICM TO CREATE SPECIAL TMPROVENENT DISTRICT NO. 291

EE IT RESGINED BY TME C117 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
1. That it is the intention of the City Amnail of the City of Kalispell to
create a special improvement district hereby designated Special Improvoment
District No. Qpl, in Block 216 of Kalispell.
2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed
special improvement district, is the installation of a sanitary sewer with
necessary appurtenances.
3. That the approximate cost of said improvements is ��1200,00
4. That the entire cost and expense of such 0provoments shall be assessed
against each lot to be benefitted, within the district, to be assessed for that
part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district.
5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon completion of the con:tract,
or shall be paid in Qrec equal annual installments hereby extended over a period
of -three years. Said assessments shall constitute a fund to be known as Special
Improvement District Fund No. 291.
6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District
Warrants issued against said District in sums not to exceed ilOO.00 each, bearing
interest not to exceed 6% per annum, from date of registration until called fol.
redemption or paid in full..
7. That on the 3rd day of December, 1956, at the Council Chambers of the City
Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 F. A., at a regular meeting, the
City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that may be made against the
making of such improvements or the creation of such district.
8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice
of the passage of this resolution by publication.and mailing as required by law.
Snch publication is to be made in the Kalispell.News-Parm Journal, a weekly news-
paper, published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
