Resolution 2318 - Annexation - Woodland ParkM� RESOLUTION NO. 2318 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF' THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA. BE IT RESOLVED BY T11F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' KALISPELL, MONTAVA: SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution. No. 2317, entitled Resolution of intention to extend -the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana", and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council on May 6, 1957, at 7:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such resolution and notice thereof duly given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract or parcel of land described in such resolution of intention No. 2317, and hereinafter described, and such described tract or plat or parcel of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof, the time when the resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, by the inclusion of said described tract or parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared and fixed as the 6th day of May, 1957. SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as follows: Woodland Park Addition with the exception of Lots One and Two of Block Three.
