A RESOLUTION CREATING SPRCIAL IMPRCVEMENT HSTRICT NO. 291.
ME IT R!�SOLV1,7) BY 'NIE CITY COUNCTI, OF THE CITY OF KALISiELL.
1. That Special Improvement District No. 291 is hareby created for the purpose
of installing a sanitary sewer approxiNmtelY 300 feet in length in the alley
of Flock 216.
2. That said District is created subject to the terms and conditions specified
in. Resolution No. 2314, entitled resolution of intention to create Special
Improvement District No. 291, passed and. approved on November 5, 1956, to which
reference is hereby made for further par�iculars.
