A RESOLUTION EXTENDING TEE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MYNTANA
BE If RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or KALISPELL, MONTANA-
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2295'of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, entitled "Resolution of Intention to extend the
corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana", and after a hearing held
ab a regular meeting of said City Council on September 4. 1956, at 7:30 P, Mo,
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, in Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to
such resolution and notice thereof duly given by publication, as required by
law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tracts or parcels of land
described in such Resolution of Intention No. 2295, and hereinafter described,
and such described tracts or plats or parcels of land are hereby declared to be
annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the
corporate limits thereof; the time when the resolution shall go into effect and
the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, by the
inclusion of said described tracts or parcels of land within the boundaries or
corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, being hereby declared and fixed as the
hth day of September, 1956.

ection 2. The tracts or parcels of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as herein provided, are particularly
described as follows:
