A RESOLUTION 'VACATING A WERTATN EASEMENT IN N0fiT1ddDG1,,' IL�IGIITS ADD1TION TO
KALISPELL, MONTANA.
1. VIE'REAS, John Schwartz wad Lorna Schwarts, have filed with Ate City Council
a petition to vacate that certain easement ten feet in width, being locwwd in
Lot 26 of Block 4 of Northridge Heights Addition, and along the North side of
said lot, as easement new appears on the plat of Northridge Heights Addition
on file in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
2. WHEREAS, Notice of hearing to be held before the City Council on
September h, 1956, at 7:30 P- K., was given by the posting of the required
Notices on August 15, 1956, as required by lam.
3- vJHETd�AS, The easement sought to be vaQated is a side lot easement only,
and is not required in the public interest for the proper servicliq of the
area;
�- NOVI THEMEFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, thet the above described easement on Lot 26 of Block 4 of Northridge
Heights Addition be, and the save is hereby vazated, abandoned and discontinued.
