Resolution 2309 - AnnexationRESOLUTION NO. 2309 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISHUL, PIONTANA EE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MANTANA: SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 230hi entitled ''Resolution of intertion to extend the corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City , Council on October 1. 1956, at 7:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, pursuant to such Rnsolution and notice thereof duly given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract or parcel of land described in such resolution of intention No. 230b, and hereinafter described andsuch described tract or plat or parcel of land is hereby declared to be annexed to, and to be a part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof, The time when the resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, by the inclusion of said described tracL or parcel of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared and fixed as the Ist day of October, 1956. SECTION 2. The tract or parcel of land so embraced and included within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is particularly described as follows* A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Nort%'st CXarter of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, described as follows: Starting from a point where the North boundary line of said Southeast Quarter of the Noreast Quarter intersects the West boundary line of the Meridian Road; thence South, along the �,�TesL boundary of the Meridian Road a distance, of 1030 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence contin- uing South, along said West boundary of the Meridian Road, a distance of 1-08 feet; thence at right angles Westerly, a distance of 150 feet; thence at right angles, Northerly, a distance of 108 feet; thence at right angles Easterly a distance of 150 feet, more or less to the true point of beginningi PASSED AND APPROVED THIS Ist day of October, 1956.
