UPSOLUTION NO. 2294
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NEGJ�2SARY
TO MAKE EXPENDITUYES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT BUDGETED FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHERFAS5 It was necessary to employ additional personel and to expend additional
funds for equipment not budgeted for, and to expend the sum of $lt,799-83 in
excess of the amount budgeted for the Police Department for the fiscal year
1955-56.
NOW THE'REFORE, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that by reason of the facts above stated, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist under the provisions of the law of the State of Montana, and
that the expenditure of $4,799-83 in excess of the Police Department budget
is hereby authorized and approved for the purpose set forth.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 19th day of July, 1956.
