A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN NORTHRIDGIE HEIGHTS ADDITION TO
KALISPELL, MONTANA.
1. WHEREAS The Northridge Development Company has filed with the dity Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, a petition to vacate certain easements as described in
"EXHIBIT All attached thereto;
2. WHEREAS, Notice of Hearing to be held before the City Council on July 5, 1956,
at 7:30 F, M,, was given by the posting of the required noticoaj on June 26th,
1956, as required by law;
3. WHEREAS, The easements sought to be vacated are side lot or exterior easements
only, and are not required in the public interest for the proper servicing, of the
area;
4. NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED BY T11E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, that the following easements in Northridge Heights to Kalispell, Montana,
be, and the same are hereby vacated, abandoned and discontinued;
Those easements 5 feet wide along the followinv designated lots of Northridgre
Heights and as appear of record according -to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana;

West side of Lot 1; East side of Lot 2.
IN BLOCK TWO:
South side of Lot 1; North and South sides of Lot 2; North and South sides
of Lot 3; Northerly and Southerly sides of Lot 4; Northerly side of Lot. 5;

of Lot 7; along that part of the lot line which separates Lots 7 and 8;
