The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission win be
held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 begm*ning at 7:00 p.m. m the Kalispell City Council
Chambers, Kalispell City Hall, 201 1 St Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.

B. Approval of Minutes of March 10, 2015.
C. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the
agenda, except the public hearing item listed immediately below. (Comments are typically
held to 3 minutes or less.)
1. Notice from the Flathead County Board of Commissioners that it intends to remodel the
historic county jail at 83 5 South Main Street, which currently is used as a Juveni* le
detention facility, and construct an addition to the jail for governmental offices. The
property can be more particularly described as Flathead County Courthouse in Parts of
Block 115 and 116 of the Kalispell Original Townsite, according to the map or plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Flathead
County, Montana. The construction may by contrary to the Kalispell Zoning
Regulations in one or more regards, including, but not necessarily limited to, the number.
of required parking spaces under off-street parking requirements. The hearing is for the
sole purpose of hearing public comment on the proposal, nd the Board does not make
apy decision or recommendation on the matter.
