park and obstructing a portion of t�ie area of said park and -the,
,1,vater way therein, and said Railway Company, at its own expense
is desirous of constructing and maintaining a oile and t-Imber
bulkhead alo_�g said area and for said purpose occupying a
strip of land along the foot of said righL-of-way approximately
6()o feet in length and 1CO f-ot in width at the westerly end
and 60 feet in width al., the ensterly end, and such bulThead
would be in :Lniprovernent to said Woodland Park, and would tend
to protect the daid area therein and tl,-j.e ,,ater i�,,ay along
said area and such construction would appear to be a ber efit
to said park, and the City Council being favorable to said
construction and doomiig the same an improvement and bonefit
to said park and said area, Now Therefore
BE IT RELSOLVE'D, by the City Council Qf the City of
Kalispell, Montana, in due and le�7al special session and
upon. propor notice of said srssion havirf�, been duly given
