Jeff Zauner called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM
Approval of Minutes Merna made a motion to approval the minutes of 8-26-14 & 10-28-14. Jason Second.
Motion approved.
Dave Dedman: Provided a progress update on where the impact fee report was at (time area map).
Discussion continued on fire impact fees.
For the next meeting Dave will draft the full report.
Wade Rademacher Provided a progress report on where the police impact fees were at.
Discussion continued on police impact fees.
The decision was made to use the average $302 per ft2 cost (Bozeman, Whitefish, &
Missoula).
For the next meeting Wade will draft the full report.
Old business None.
IFAC agreed to meet again in January.
Jeff made a motion to adjourn at 5:15 PM. Motion carried.
