Resolution 2243 - SID Liability CancelledHESOLUTION NO. 2243
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, that Special Improvement District Warrants of District No. 179,
209, 211, and 235, and Sidewalk and Curb Warrants of 1923-24 in the
amount of $4,206.47, all issued prior to February 25, 1929, be herewith
charged off and cancelled in accordance with the provisions of Section 11-2282
of the Revised Codes of Montana of 1947 as amended in 1949, giving the
City Council power to cancel off record all S.I.D. liability incurred
prior to February 25, 1929, the liability of which has been extinguished
by reason of issuance of tax deed, or by application of the statute of
limitations or other laws of the State of Montana.
