RESOIJUTTION NO. 2245
RESOLUTION CHANGING NAME OF THAT PORTION OF RAILROAD STREET FAST OF
FQTJRT14 AVENUE, EAST TO "WOODL-AND PLACE."
WEERKAS, all of the property owners of property fronting on that
portion of Railroad Street east of Fourth Avenue bast in Kalispell, Montana,
have filed a petition with the City Council requesting that the name of
such portion of such street be changed to "Woodland Plac0; and
k,aRLAS, it appears that such area is a residential area and not,
an industrial area, and that it -will be to the best interests of the City
of Kalispell and the inhabitants thereof to change the name in conformity
with such petition;
NOW THEREFORE, Pursuant to Section 11-907 of the Revised Codes
of Montana of 1947:
IT IS HEIEBY RESOLVED that the name of that portion of Railroad
Street east of Fourth Avenue East in Kalispell, Montana, be changed to
"Woodland Place."
The City Engineer is hereby requested to prepare and submit to
the Council a plat showing such change and otherwise comply with Section 11-908
of the Revised Codes of Montana of 1947 by filing said approved plat with the
County Clerk and Recorder, among other things.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
this 3rd day of May, 1954.
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Kalispell, Montana, this
3rd day of May, 1954.
