Section 1. That Slacial Improvement District No. 287 is hereby created
for the purpose of installing a sanitary spw(-,:r in the alley of Block 200.
Section 2. That sail District is created subject to the terms and conditions
specified in Resolution No. 22365 entitled Resolution of Intention to
create Special Improvement District No. 2B7.
