AS FOLLOWS%
Section 1. That the public interest and convenience re,�-
quire and it is hereby deemed necessary to extend and the
City Council of the City of Kalispell Uontana does hereby
extend Oil Sprinkling District -No. 1 to include the followings
All streets and avenues within the corporate limits of
the City of Kalispell, with the exception of First Avenue East
from Railroad Street to 4th Street; Main Street from Railroad
Street to 4th Street; First Street from the second alley East
to 'the First Alley 'Nest of Main Street; Second Street from Second
Avenue East to Second Avenue 'Westi Third Street from Second Ave.
East to Second Avenue Viest; all o the Streets and Avenues in
Woodland Heights Addition, Golf Course "'ddition and Highland
Park Addition; and all that area Enst of Woodland Avenue South.
Section 2. That,the character of improvmaents to be made
shall be those provided for Oil Sprinkling District No. 1.
Section 3. That assessments shall be made as provided
for 01,1, Dprinhline Distvict No. 1.
Section 4. That Oil Sprinkling District 17o. 1 is hereby
extended subject to the terms and conditions specified in
Resolution 2167, Entitled FeSolution of Intention to Bxtend
the Limits of Oil Sprinkling District No. ;, passed and approved
the 25th d*y of may, 1950 to which resolution reference is here-
by made for further particulars.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the L:ayor the
2nd day of October, 1950.
