A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS
NECESSARY TO MAKE EXP&NDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED
BY THE CURRENT BUDGET FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS.
WHEREAS: the moving of the location of the Street Department
warehouses and storage shed requires additional buildings not
provided for in the current street and w-rehouse budget
WHEREAS: it has been deemed to the best interest of the City to
purchase a mobile converyor type loader to be used for snow
removal and street repairs for which was not provided in the
current street department budFet.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL THAT
BY REASON OF THE FACTS AS HEREINABOVE STATED, ANO EMERGENCY IS,
hereby declared to exist under the provisions of Section 5083.8
of the Revised Codes of the State of Montana, 1935, and an ex-
penditure in excess of an amount yet undetermined in excess of
the current budget for the Street and Warehouse Fund Is hereby
authorized and directed to pay such warrants with any money
in the several funds menti-)ned that is available and if there is
not sufficient money in such funds to pay such warrants, then
the same shall be registered and bear interest and be called for
payment in the manner provided by law for other City Warrants.
