RESOLUTION NO. 2166
A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE LIMITS, OF 0111 SPRINKLTNG DISTRICT NO. 1
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF KALTSPELL, "IONTANA
Section 1 ' . That public interest and conveninere require and
it is deemed necessary to extend and the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, gontana Intends to extend the boundaries of
oil sprinkling District No. 1 to include the area is hereinafter
set forth.
Section 2. Ninth Avenue 'Nest from the South property line of
SeconTT—treet Ylpst to the North property line of Eighth Street West.
Sect.12L__�_. That said area is bolinded as follows:
On the North by the South property line of Second Street West.
On the South by the North property line of Eighth Street West.
On the East by the West property line of Ninth Alley West.
On the West by the West property line- of Tenth Alley West.
Section 4, That the character of improvements to be made. shall
be those provided for Oil Sprinkling District Niimber 1.
Section That assessments shall be as provided for Oil
Sprin-Y-1—ing—District Niimber 1.
Section 6. That Oij- Sprinkling District No. I is h�ereby
extended subject to the terms and conditions specified in Resolution
2162 entitled Resolution of Intention to extend the limits of Oil
Sprinkling District No. 1 passed �ind approved on the 3rd day of
October, 1949 to which reference is made for further pnrticulars.
