A RESOLUT70N TO EXTEND THE LIMITS OF 07L SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS'PELL, MONTANA-
,g.ection 1 That public interest and convenience require, and
it is deemed necessary to extend and the City Couhcil of the City
of Kalispell, Vontnna, intends to extend the boundaries of oil
sprinkling District No. I to include the area ns herein -rafter set
forth.
Section 2. Fourth Street West extending from Ninth Alley
West to the Viest City Limits cf Kalispell, Montana.
Section 3. That the extent of said area to be added includes
the following lots and p,-,rcels of land.
Lot 7 Block 1711 Lot 12 Block 173, and Lot 1 Block 1?2 all
in addition. No. 1.
Block 7
Lots 6 and 7,/Lots 1 and 12 Block 8, Lot 1 Block 13 and Lot
6 Plock 14 all in the Western Addition.
A strip of land 14.0 feet wide nd,jacent to the south propprty
line of Fo-urth Street West extending from the West property line
of Block 13 of the Western addition to the East property line of
'the Storms Addition.
A strip of.land 140 feet wide adjacent to the North property
line of Fourth Street West and extending from the West property
line of Block 14 of the Western Addit on to the Erst property line
of Meridian Road.
Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block I of the Storms Addition.
Lots 15 to 24. inclusive and Lot 27 all in Elock 2 of Storra�s
Meridian Lots.
Lots 4 to 13 inclusive and Lot 1 all in Block 3 of Storms
Meridian Lots.
SectLon 4. That the character of improvements to be made
shall be those provided for Oil Sprinkling District Number 1.
SectJ2n__f. Th,-t assessnents shall be as provided for Oil
Sprinkling District Number 1.
Section 6. That Oil Spri.nkling District No. 1 is hereby
e2ttended oubject to the terms and conditions specified in Resolution
2161 entitled Resallition of Intnetion to extand the limits of Oil
Sprinkling District No. I passed and approved on the 3rd day of
Octoberl 1949 to whichreference is mnde for further partinnlars.
