RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TEE CITY OF
KALISPELL AND DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOFS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF KALISPELLI
UONTANA:
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No.
2171 entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXITEND T11M CORPORA'TE
LIMITS OF TIE, CITY OF IULISPELL AND DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES
THEREOF" and after a hearing held at the regular meeting of
the City Council on February 6, 1950 at 7t3O o'clock P.M. pur-
suant to such Resolution and notice thereof duly given by publica-
tion, the boundaries of the Corporate limits of the City of
Kalispell are hereby extended to embrace a portion of the tracts
or parcels of land described in Resolution No. 2171, more particu-
larly described as Highland Park Addition as shown by the map
or plat now on file and of record in the office of the County
Clerk and Recorder, Flathead County, Montana.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 6th day of March, 1950.
