RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF ALL BUILDINGS LOCATED ON
LOTS It AND 12t BLOCK 110 OF KALISPELL:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
WHEREAS: Lots 11 and 12 Block 110 of Kalispell have been sold
to the Flathead County HIgh School for the expansion of their
building programs
WHEREAS* The City of Kalispell is required by the terms of
said saie to remove all buildings located on said lots prior
to July 1, 1949 or lose the right to remove the same;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
XALISPELLI MONTANA that the Street and Alley Committee of said
City of Kalispell, Mon�ana be and they are therefore authorized
to sell or remove buildings located on lots 11 and 12 of Block
110 of Kalispell upon such terms and conditions and for such
prices as to them may seem most desirable, such sale to provide
said buildings shall be removed from their present location prior
to the first day of July nineteen hundred and forty nine.
