This agreement ir ere -u -en to set forth responsibilities in
conn Kon with as of we unused ground at Kalispell City Airport.
It is agreed as follows:
1. The rental is esiablished at $25.00 per month. This reducea
rate is established in consideration of reduced acreage
resulting from establishment of ball diamonds and recognizes
the poor condition of the grounds for hay production.
2® Strand Aviation will also mow the shoulders of runways and
taxiways as needed.
3. Strand Aviation is also authorized and is responsible for
coordinating and craering snow removal as needed.
4. This agreement is terminated 5 years from the above date.
