A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF SPRINKLING DISTRICT
NUMBER ONE AND PROVIDING THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE COST
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell:
Section 1: That the boundaries of Sprinkling District
No. 1 of the City of Kalispell, Montana, be and the same are
hereby extended to include the following enumerated streets
or parts thereof;
First Avenue West from the South boundary of Railroad
Street to the South Boundary of 4th Street.
Main Street from the North boundary of 4th Street to the
North boundary of 5th Street.
First Street West from the first alley West of Main
Street to First Avenue West.
West. Fourth Street from First Avenue East to First Avenue
Fourth Street from Main Street to First Avenue West.
Main Street from Railroad Street to Idaho Street.
Section 2: That the cost and expense of such sprinkling
shall be assessed against all of the property embraced within
such extended sprinkling District in the following manner;
Each lot a parcel of land within such extended portion
of said district abutting upon some street upon which sprinkling
is done shall be assessed for that part of the whole cost whihh
its area bears to the area of the entire district, exclusive
of street� avenues$ alleys and public places.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 14th day of July, 1949.
