Additionally, I have developed and enclosed a schedule for future revisions to the annual lease fee. SECTION 36, T29N, R22W - Competitively bid 145 +/- - Lease Rate 10% of appraised value - First Year of operation on developed acres assessed at I/2 full fee (Example: approximately 40 acres grill be developed annually) - Assess lease fee on 100% of area after five years - After first five years, increase lease fee annually to the Consumer Price Index Multiplier - State will sublease the undeveloped land for the first 4 years - Every 10 years reappraise the land value and, in succeeding years, increase lease fee annually to the Consumer Price Index Multiplier Ted Geisey is in the process of preparing the environmental assessment and is working out specific details with Mike Baker. I will keep you updated with the status of this process.
