RESOLUTION NO. 2127
RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TEE CITY OF
KALISPELL� AND DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES TBEREOF:
bE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIPELL:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provision of Resolution No. 2126
of the City of Kalispell entitled "RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
EXTEND TEE CORPORATE LTMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND DESCRIBING
THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF" and af ter a hearing - held at t he --regular
meeting of said City Council on October4, 1948 at 7s3O o'clock
P.M. pursuant to such resoluti-)n and notice thereof duly given
by publication ��nd mailing as re(�,uired by law, the boundaries or
corporate lim ts of the City of Kalispell are hterby extend ed
so as to embrace and include the tracts of parcels of land, described
in such Resolution of Intention 112126 and hereinafter described
and such described tracts of parcels of land are hereby declared
to be annexed to, and- to be a part of the City of Kalispell and
within the corporate limits thereof:
the time when the resolution shall go into effect and the extenti6n
of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell be the inclusion of
said d6sc-ribed tracts or parcels of land with the boundaries or
corporate -limits of Kalispell being hereby declared and fixed as
the 4th day of Octo!�er 1948.
SECTION 2. The tracts or parcels of land so embraced and included
within the boundaries of the City of Kalispell as herein provided
are more particularly described as Meridian Adlition as shown by
the map or plat thereof; now on file and on record in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
