RESOLUTION NO. 2128
A RESOLUTIJN CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 282
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALkPELL, MONT.
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 282 is
hereby created for the purpose of lowering and increasing the
capacity of the existing sanitary sewer in the alley of Block
20, Kalispell Orginial Townsite.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2125
entitled "Resolution of Intention to create Special Improve-
ment District No. 28210, passed and approved the 7th day of
September, 1948 to which reference is made for further par-
ticulars.
Passed and approved this 21st day of October, 1948.
