ORDINANCE NO. 753
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-48.1 OF THE KALISPELL CITY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
S,iCTIOI7 1. Section 17-48.1 of the ; -ilispell City Code is hereby
amended to read follows,;
It shall be unlawful for any motorcycle or unauthorized
vehicle to be operated on the City Airport, in Woodland
or Lawrence Parks or in any other public park maintained
by the City of Kalispell, except- upon tl,^ paved or- regular
or well traveled portions of the roadways now exir,ting in
such parks or to be established in the future.
An unauthorized vehicle is any vehicle not necessarily
required for tb-7 service or maintenance of said parks
or the City Airport facilities or for the service, main-
tenance or repair of aircraft using said City Airport.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall be effective upon its passage and approval.
