AN ORDTNANCE DESTGNATTNG THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AS ADMIN-
ISTRATOR OF OPERATIONS FOR THE KALISPELL CTTY AIRPORT, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF KALTSPELL TO ESTABLISH BY RESOLUTION
A FEE SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE AIRPOLtT AND DECLARTNG AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF KALISPELL, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That from and after the effective date of this
ordinance the operations of the Kalispell City Airport shall
be administered through the offices of the Community Develop-
ment Department of the City of Kalispell and the Community
Development Department shall be charged with operations and
budgeting for the Kalispell City Airport as directed by the
Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalispell.
SECTION II. That any user of the Kalispell City Airport
shall pay to the City of Kalispell for deposit in the City
Airport Fund and the City or its agents shall collect such
fees and charges in amounts prescribed by City Council
Resolution.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect from and
after 30 days of its passage by the City Council and approval
by the Mayor.
