ORDINANCE NO. 11.�4
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE PARKS DIRECTOR AS ADMINISTRATOR OF
OPERATIONS FOR THE KALISPELL CITY AIRPORT, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
1114, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL TO
ESTABLISH BY RESOLUTION A FEE SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE AIRPORT AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That from and after the effective date
of this
ordinance
the operations of the Kalispell City
Airport
shall be administered through the office of the Parks
Depart-
ment of the City of Kalispell and the Parks Department
shall be
charged with operations and budgeting
for the
Kalispell
City Airport as directed by the Mayor and City
Council of
the City of Kalispell.
SECTION'II. That any user of the Kalispell City Airport
shall pay to the City of Kalispell for deposit in the City
Airport Fund and the City or its agents shall collect such
fees and charges in amounts prescribed by City Council
Resolution.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect from and
after 30 days of its passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor.
