A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 279.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
SECTION I. That Special Improvement District No. 279 Is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer
between 7th and 8th Avenues West and on Railroad Street West,
between 7th and 8th Avenues West.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2111 entitled
"Resolution of Intention to create Special Improvement District
No. 279.
Passed and approvr,d this 23rd day of July, 1948 to which
reference is made for further particulars.
Passed and approved this 7th day df September, 1948.
