A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 280
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL$ MONTANA
SECTTON 1. That Special Improvement District No. 280 is
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer
In the alley of the combination block 146, Kalispell Original
and Block 17 Fisher Addition.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2112 entitled
"Resoluti.,n of Intention to create Spetial Improvement District
NO. 280.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of July, 1948 to which
reference is made for further particulars,
Passed and approved this 7th day of September, 1948.
