A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 281
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL2 MONTANA
SECTION 1. That Special Impravement District No. 201 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in the alley of
Block 249.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2119 entitled "resolution
of Intention to create Special Improvement Disttict No. 281.
Passed and approved this 2nd day of August, 1948 to which reference
is made for further particulars.
