Resolution 2125 - Resolution of Intent - SID 282RESOLUTION NO. 2125 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREkTE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 282 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: ECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell to create a Special Improvement District hereby designated as Special Improvement District No. 282 and said Improvement District shall be for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer between 4th and 5th Avenues East North in the alley of Block 20 Kalispell Orginial Towmsite more particularly described as followss,beginning at a point which is the center line of Montana Street and , it's intersection at the center line of the alley between 5th and 5th Avenues East North, a concrete manhole and existing North on the center line of the alley which is also��the center line of the alley of Block 20 a dis.tance of 366 feet to the center line of the intersection of sai� alley with Idaho Street, a concrete manhole. SECIJON 2. ' That the general character of the improvements to be made proposed Special Improvement District is the lowering of the existing sanitary sewer with new connections to the existing concrete manhole and the relocation of existing branch lines to the new sewer. �QN That approximate cost of said improvement is $900.00. ggglJOR 4. That the entire cost and expense of such improvements shall be:asses,ted against each lot within such district to be assessed for thrit part of the whole cost which its &rea bears to the area of the entire dis- trict. That said assessment shall be paid for in three equal annual ts hereby extended over a period of three years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Special Improvement District Fund No. 282. §BCIION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improve- ments District warrants issued against said district in the sum of $100.00 each, bearing interest at either 4% per annum from the date of registra- tion until called for redemption or paid in full. CTION 7. That on the 4th day of October at the Council Chambers In the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, at 7s3O o'clock P.M. a regular meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protest that may be mode arainst the making of such improvements or the creation of such district. �EgTJQ N_ 8, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell News, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
