RESOLUTTONY TO EXTEND SPECIAL LIGi1`TTNG DISTRICT NO. 50
BE IT RESOLVED "T'Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONT.
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Special Lighting District No.
50 shall. be extended to include the following lots: Lots 13 to 24
Block 5; Lots 1 to 121 Elock. 6; Lots I to 12, Block 155 Lots 13
to 24,.Block 16; Lots 13 to 24, 'Elock 2�5; Lots I to 12, Block 26;
Lots 1 to 6, Block 33- Lots 1 to 18, Block 34; Lol,s 13 to 247

SECTION 2. The above lots are hereby withdrawn frc>m light district
51 upon the inst�allation of the necessary lighting fixtures -to
complete this contract.
SECTIO 11 3. That the entire cost of maintaining the lights at
these intersections shall be distributed evenly between the
above lots, except that portion which is paid from the General
Fund of the City of Kalispell.
SECTION 4. That upon the installation of these lights the above
lots shall. be transferred from light district 51. to light dibtrict
50 and the proportionate cost of these two districts shall comprise
the .1948 assessment.
