RESOLUTION NO. 2107
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL 11,11PROVFUENT DISTRICT NO. 278
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL-.
SECTION L. That Special Improvement District No. 278 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in the
llth. Alley West, from existing lamphole 38 feet South of the
South line of Third Street 'West to Railroad Street, a distance
of 1090 feet, also from llth. Alley between First and Railroad
Streets, Westerly 232 feet, a total length of 1322 feet.
SECTLO_N2. That said district Is created subject to the terms
and donditions specified in Resolution No. 2104, entitled "Rias-
olution of Intention to create Special Improvement District NO.
278", passed and approved the 2nd. day of February, 1948, to
which reference is made for further particulars.
