A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNE-S IN THE CITY
TREASURY
SECTION 1. THAT WHEREAS: it is no longer required by th
laws of the state of Montana to maintain the fund known aE
the Post War Street'Fund,
AND WHEREAS: the money is now available for maintenance
of the streets,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL: THAT the sum of $9377-92 be transferred
from the Post Wat Street Fund to the Street Fund.
Passed and Approved by the City Council of the City
of Kalispell on the 2nd. day of February 1948.
