SECVION 1. That it Is the Intention or the City Council of the City of
i&,Ajizpejj, yAolitana, to extend the corporate limits, and to amend Ordl-
navue #624 (Section 247 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, 1947) proscribing the limits of said City.
SECTION 2. That the proposed additional area to be Included within the
corporate 11mits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, Is more particularly
described as follows.
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Section 19, T.S. 28 N.,
R. 21 W. thence; S. 880 121 W. a distance of 30,0 for to the
true point of beginning thence; continuing S. 880 121 W.
along the North line of Section 19, a distance of 132.0 feet
thence; S. Q* 031 W. a distance of 75.0 feet thence; N. 880
120 E. a distance of 1340 feet to the Westerly line of the
Airport Road thence; N. 00 08, E. as distance of 75.0 feet
to the true point of begiaAang.

of thq City of Kalispell, and the inhabitants tbaroof, and to the Qhabi-
tavLs of the -vatiguous tract above dencribud, and to bo included within
tbc limits of said City, and further that said addition will not mater-
ially war the sypmetry and ordor of the City of Kalispell, and that said
trcwt proposed to be included within the corporate limits of said City
is contiguous to said City.
Sp'-,XTION 4. That the said tract of land above described and Identified,
aod to be included within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
,novana, is to be classified as NO. 5 BUSIiVESS RESIDENCE__ .
VCTION 5. That on the 4th day of August, 1969, at 7:30 P.M., In the
&Quicil Chaobers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at a regular
meeting thereof, the City Council will consider any expressions of ap-
proval or-415approval, in writing, of the proposed extension of the
boundaries of said City, from resident freeholders of the above des-
cribed tract proposed to be owbraced, which expressions in writing have
been filed with the City Clark within 20 days of the first publication
of notice.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk Is hereby directed to give the proper notice
of the passago of this resolution, by publication, as required by law,
such publication to be owde In the Kalispell News, a weekly newspaper,
published In the City of Kalispell, Montana.
