RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE WAIVER OF DEDICATION OF
PORTION OF AIRPORT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF KALISPELL
FOR PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS
WHEREAS, that tract of land to be known as "Airport Addition
to the City of Kalispell" is wholly within the limits of the City of
Kalispell; and
WHEREAS, the total area of said Addition contains less than
twenty (20) acres; and
WHEREAS, good cause having been shown to this council that
no portion thereof need be set aside and dedicated to the public for
parks and playgrounds;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That no portion of said "Airport Addition to the City of Kalispell"
need be set aside and dedicated to the pubi.ic for parks and playgrounds.
IT IS SO ORDERED, AND IT IS DIRECTED:
That such order be endorsed and certified on the plat of said
Addition, prepared and filed in the Records of Flathead County, State
of Montana, according to the laws and statutes of the State of Montana.
