RESOLUTION NO. 2578
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR FLYNN TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell contemplates entering a lease
agreement with the Airport Association of Kalispell, Montana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That, the City Council does hereby approve the lease agreement
between the Airport Association of Kalispell, Montana, and the
City of Kalispell, Montana, and the City Council does hereby
authorize the Mayor to execute said lease.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
