RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR T. R. FLYNN TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
TO COMPLETE THE AIRPORT PROPERTY TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That T. R. Flynn, Mayor of Kalispell be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to execute the necessary deeds and other documents, if any,
to effect and conclude the property trade or transfer between the City and
James G. Edmiston involving Parcel A (described below) which the City will
deed to James G. Edmiston in exchange for Parcel B (described below) which
the City will receive from James G. Edmiston.
PARCEL A: A tract of land beginning in the Southeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 21 West of
Montana Principal Meridian, containing Three and Forty Nine One hundredths
(3.49) Acres more or less, being more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the Center of Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 21 West
thence North 89°41' West a distance of Twenty Five and Four one hundredths
(25.04) feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 89`41'
West a distance of 647.75 feet; thence North 33'081 West a distance of
105.25 feet; thence North 56°52' East a distance of 540.0 feet; thence
South 33�08' East and parallel to U. S. Highway Number 93, a distance of
457.72 feet to the true point of beginning containing 3.49 Acres more or less.
PARCEL B: A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 21 West containing 6.98 Acres more or
less, being more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the Center of Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 21 West
thence North 89641* West a distance of 672.75 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence from the true point of beginning South 33081 East a distance
of 1520.02 feet; thence North 814'41' West a distance of 239.65 feet; thence
North 33°08' West a distance of 1520.02 feet; thence South 89°41' East a
distance of 239.65 feet to the point of beginning containing 6.98 Acres more
or less.
