RESOLUTION CREkTJNG SPECIAL IMPROVETAIENT DISTETCT NO. P-76
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT-Y C017NICTL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA -
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 276 is hereby
created f or the purpose of installinF a sanitary sewer in a
portion of the Park View Additiorl commencing at a point which
is the center line of 7th. Avenue East "'orth at its inter-
section at center line of the alley of Block 1, Parkview
Addition and extending easterly a distance of 385 feet to the
West property line of Lot 8, Riock 1, Parkview Addition.
SECTION2. That said district is created sub ect to the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2.4, entitled "Res-
olution of Intention to create Special Improvement District No.
276", passed and approved the 6th. day of August 1,947, to which
reference is made for further particulars.
