A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RXPENDITURE OF 11014EY IN F'XCESS OF THE
BUDGET PROVIDED FOR AVIATION MAINTENANCE.
It appearing that there remains only 141.70 of the budget provided
for aviation maintenance, and that an emergency exists as follows:
Fire insurance of $1000.00 on the airport hangar expired November 1,
1932, and $1000.00 on November 6, 1932, that such insurance had not
been provided for in the budget, and that in order to sefeguard the
property of the City, the City Clerk accepted renewald of such -poli-
cies, and payment thereof was ordered by the City Council.
NOW T1173REFORE, BE, IT RESOLVED that an emergency existed and that the
acts of the City Clerk in the premises be approved and ratified.
