RESOLUTION NO. 2103
A RESOLUTION M CHANGE THE BOUNDARIES OF SPECIAL LIGHTING
DISTRICT NO. 51.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
THAT WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2057, passed and approved the
)+th. day of November, 1946, included the unplatted area
adjacent to the intersection of Main Street and Arizona
Street.
AND WHEREAS, due to shortages of material no installations
have been made and therefore this property is not liable
for any assessment.
AND 'WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Council
of the City of Kalispell, requesting that no light be in-
stalled at this intersection.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THIS INTERSECTION BE DE-
leted from Special Lighting District No. 51.
Passed and Approved this 2nd. day of February 1948.
