A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS IN THE CITY
TREASURY
SECTION 1. THAT WHEREAS: It is no longer advisable nor
required that the collection of fees for plumbers li-
cense be kept in a separate fund:
TEEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That this fwid be declared inactive and that the sum of
$9.50 be transferred from the plumber license fund to
the General Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that effective January 1, 1948,
all moneys collected by the City Treasurer for
plumbers licenses shall be deposited in the General
Fund, and regular City licenses issued.
