BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C'077NCIL OF TIHE, CITY UF KALIS'PELL, 140-NI['ANA:
SEMION 1. That it is the intention of the City Commil of the
City of Kalispell to create a Special. improvement District, hereby
designated as Special Imporventent District 11,1o. 271, and 9,iid Improve-
ment District shall be for the purpose of 1ou,.,eri:1F, th(- se-jor in
Blocks 200 and 2C5.
SECTION. 2. That the approximate cost of said improverients is $2700.00
SECTION 3. That tLe entire cost and o-�,pense of SUCh ifflDrOvements
shall be nssessed ngnirst each lot 1.1,,ithivi such ,,Iist�-,,ict to be asses-
sed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area
of' the ent-Ire- �-Iistrict.
SECTION 4. That assessinent shall be pmi��Ifbr in thre e equal
annual installments hereb y extended over - jp-r.Lod of three- years.
