RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 269.
'BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-M CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLI MONTANA;
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 269 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in an un-
platted area between Second and Third Avenues West North, commencing
at a point which is the South property line of Washington Street
West at the centerline of the alley of Block 8, Kalispell Original
Townsite and extending North on the centerline of said alley a
distance of approximately 685 feet.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2052 entitled "Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No, 26911, passed
and approved the 3rd day of September 1946, to which reference is
made for further particulars.
