RESOLUTION NO. 2054
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 268.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 268 is hereby
created for the purpose of instc,11ing a sanitary sewer in Block 51
High School Addition, in combined Blocks No. 172 and 8, Western
Addition, Blocks 181 and 9, Western Addition, Blocks 182 and 10,
Western Addition, and for Blocks 2, 3, and 7, Western Addition.
Sanitary Sewer shall begin at an existing concrete manhole on the
centerline of Sth Street West at the intersection with the alley
between 9th and 10th Avenues West and extend North on the center-
line of said alley a distance of approximately 2895 feet to a point
which is the south property line of Railroad Street West.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 204.9 entitled "Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No. 268", passed
and approved the 3rd day of Septemner 1946, to which reference is
made for further particulars.
