Resolution 2084 - SID 274RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. Z,74
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KA11SPELL,
MONTANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 274 is here-
by created for the purpose of widening First Avenue East from
Fourth to Fifth Street, a distance of 300 feet.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2073 entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District
No 274-t passed -and approved the second day of June, 1947, to
which reference Is made for further particulars.
Passed and approved this 4th,_ day of August, 1947.
