RESOLUTION NO. _22a_
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 273
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA;
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 273 is hereby
created for the purpose of widening First Avenue East from Rail-
road Street to Fourth Street beginning at a point which 1.9 the
south property line of Railroad Street and extending south to
the north boundary line of Fourth Street, a distance of approx-
imately 1398 feet more or less.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2072 entitled "Reso-
lution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No.
273, passed and approved the 2nd. day of June.
Passed and approved this 4th day of August, 1947.
