RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PLAT OF TlPi� WILLIS KDDITION TO KALISPELLI MONTANA
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, 1,1011TANA:
WHEREAS, Smith 'Willis has submitted a proposed plat of a 'portion
of Section 8 and a portion of Section 17 in Township 28, Range
21 West 0,A1 the s&me being within the limits of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, and
10TEITEAS1 the certificate of title has been examined by City
Attorney E. B. Foot and found to be correctl and
INHEREAS, the survey and plat of the proposed Willis Ad,lition
to the City of Kalispell has been examined and approved by J. C.
UacDonald and
Where,�,,s the proposed Plat will not materially mar the symmetry
and order of the City �)f Kalispell, Montana,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, that the plat of the Willis Addition of
the City of Kalispell, be a.,)Proved and that the Mayor and
City Clerk be authorized to sign the plrt and affix the seal
of the City of Kalispell, Montana and that a copy of this
resolution be submitled to the County Clerk and Recorder of
Flat�iead County with the ap�-�roved plat.
