RESOLUT T ON CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 270.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 270 is hereby
created for the -purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in an
nnplatted area in Section 7, Township 28, Range 21, more par-
ticularly described as follows: Commencing at a point which Is
the South property line of Washington Street at the intersection
of the alley between 3rd. and 4th Avenues West North which is
also the centerline of the alley of Block 9, Kalispell Original
Townsite, and extending North on the centerline of said alley a
distance of approximately 1800 feet. Also, commencing at a point
which is the South property line of Washington Street at its
intersection with the centerline of the alley between 5th and
6th Avenues West North which is also the centerline of the alley
of Block 147, Addition No. 1, Kalispell To-�,msite and extending
North a distance of approximately 1800 feet. Also, at the
intersection of said alley with the South property line of
Wyoming Street a distance of approximately 366 feet; thence
North on the centerline of the alley between 4th and 5th Avenues
West North a distance of approximately 400 feet.
SECTION 2. That said district is created. subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 2053 entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement District
No. 270", passed and approved the 23rd day of September, to which
reference is made for further particulars.
